Pros of S6 Lite:
- higher resolution display (S6 is 2000 x 1200 while HP Chromebook 2-in1 is 1366 x 768)
- Samsung S pen included (good for artists and note taking)
- 4 months of Youtube subscription included
- lighter (S6 Lite is 1lbs while HP Chromebook 2-in1 is 1.5lbs)
- AKG Dolby dual speakers (HP Chromebook does not specify what kind of speakers)

It's a little risky due to Samsung's temperamental trade-in system, but if you value stronger hardware and a higher quality display, as well as don't really need a keyboard, I feel the Samsung S6 Lite is worth it.

The differences in processor (n4020 vs n4000) isn't a big deal. Everything else is pretty much the same
I just got my mom the HP 14 from Costco and the screen is really decent. Good colors, good clarity (text). My Chromebook is the Acer 713 which screen is amazing, one of the main reason's I bought it. Looking at her old chromebook with a 720 TF panel, it looks so bad. I couldn't look at that every day.
Just my opinion, if you don't have a costco membership or if you need a controvertible laptop / touch screen then this is a very decent deal.
