I bought one of these during the last sale for $969. it is a phenomenal TV for me. i don't game, just watch movies and stream YouTube videos.

Haven't heard if Amazon or Costco will be running the same price. I plan on getting another one for the bedroom. I called Best Buy and asked if I buy now ($1399) if they would refund the difference during their black Friday sale. they said no. does anyone have any experience to the contrary?

I bought this during their preview Black Friday sale. I'm enjoying it with my rtx3090 and Xbox one, haven't used 120hz yet but I read an article complaining about blur at 120hz on the Xbox series x. To be seen but if this issue persists I will return to Best Buy before January return period ends.

Right now there is either a software bug or hardware issue with and 120fps content on this set. Hopefully it's software but Sony's explanations so far has made it seem like it's a hardware issue and may never be fixed. Tv is great for movies but if you really want a hdmi 2.1 tv then you

OLED is top right now. I wouldn't return it for this TV. Just take care of OLED and you good for few years. You have best of best. I want another one myself because kids broke mine with toy. But I wouldn't return it. You will notice if you downgrade. I picked up a QLED to replace my OLED because I can't afford one til end of year but I'm watching this qled and I can notice it's a big step down.

That's not the only bug in the software. Mine reboots itself every so often. It's annoying, but I am hoping they get it figured out. I WOULD NOT update the firmware immediately if you get a X900h model. The reboot thing seems to be caused by an update that they have pulled?

I've been getting reboots at least once a day, very annoying and may cause me to return the tv

Not just that mine loses internet connectivity almost daily and has to reboot in order to reconnect. Also, they still haven't implemented VRR properly.
