I am new to the leaf blower. The description says 18 volt lithium ion blower, tool only. Does that mean, I have to buy this blower and additionally battery and charger as well? Thanks.

Change the store location that you are shopping in the upper left of the page, in this case 77035. you will see the $49.97, select ship to home, add to cart and checkout with paypal. if you try to change the store location from the product page, "check other stores" it will revert back to the higher price when you check out.

Wow. Thanks, Godogs! I was also able to use the 77305 zip code (for the store location which is on the upper left side of the screen) and complete the order to ship to D.C. at the 49.99 (52.97 after tax)! Appreciate the help.

No brainer at $50 using the zip code and paypal tip. Repped for the info. Wonder if it is cheaper is other zip codes.

I wanted to get this model for the variable speed trigger, but it wasn't part of Ryobi days free tool with battery 2 pack deal. So I got the basic 90mph model with on/off switch since I could get that down to $31 plus tax as part of the battery 2 pack deal (returned batteries). But for ~$20 more for me, I am getting this one and returning the other one. Have used both and the variable speed trigger is superior and the extra cfm is always welcome.
