I switched to Pending without the cancel button. I was on that for 3 or 4 days. Then I received a shipped email.

I think so. They are delivering it over a month after they said, so should honor it
That's part of the reason I really wanted to score it while supply was low. So I can sell the One X for about $250. Eases the sting quite a bit
