Best Topre like switch ever. It's the 104 key version WITH THE NUMPAD for those who refuse the TKL/compact kb trend.

YES IT HAS the NUMPAD!

The difference between this and the other woot deal is that the other is TKL and this has heavier switches 55g vs 45g.

The other keyboard comes with 10g springs which you can add to the switches heavier. Not sure if this one comes with additional springs.

Thanks! Any thoughts on the lighter vs heavier switches? I'm just using for general productivity

If you get the lighter switches, it comes with a 10 gram spring so we can make it 55g if you want to.

I prefer light switches for gaming. Also the TKL is much smaller and the trend is to go TKL.

If you like regular cherry mx blues, I'd go the 55g. If you want something lighter like a cherry mx red, I'd go 45g.

If gaming is no interest to you and you want the better typing experience, I would go with the 55g.

Thanks that was very helpful, yes I'm only using it for typing! And someone mentioned in the other ABKO K935P post with the 45g version that it was much quieter than the typical noisy mechanical keyboard. Hopefully that translate to this version as well.

This keyboard in the deal is not backlit. This company has pricier ones with that though.

I currently have 9 keyboards, Real Force 1st and 2nd gen, HKKB, Filco, Leofold, Razer, etc.

Cox Endeavour 45g version is my main at the moment for a year which is from a subsidiary company of ABKO. Endeavour and K965P use same Topre rep switch called NIZ EC switch.

It feels smoother and quieter than Topre(45g vs 45g).

I'm sorry, I'm ignorant. Why does one need a $100+ keyboard, and that's the sale price? And some people just use for typing? Does it type for you?
Try it out for yourself and you'll see.

Just got mine today. Been a long time user (10+ years) of cherry mx browns in ducky and rosewill. Topre-like switches are a revelation! Much quieter, yet still has a very satisfying typing feel. Will confirm that these come with a detachable braided cable, additional springs, a ring key cap puller and a dust brush. Pbt key caps.

It's very nice. It feels very weird at first but only takes a bit of adjusting and its so much quieter than any other type of mechanical keyboard.

These switches are the definition of SMOOTH.

But it's gonna be hard to go back to cherry mx's after this.
