I've been waiting for this to go for less than $350. As of today, Williams Sonoma and Crate and Barrel also have this model for the same price.

I have the larger air and love it, use it all the time . Air fryer works well. If you have the space I would wait for the larger version if this is missing the dehydration and proofing. if you make dough a lot the proofing is a great feature and speeds up the process. And dehydration works well with jerky. No need to have a separate appliance for that.

I may need a self-help group. I bought a refurbed breville oven years ago.. as the LED was starting to act up I snagged another and put the older one in the garage on a shelf in case I needed a backup.

Then I also bought an air frier but I don't use it much because the basket is kind of annoying so when I saw these types coming out I set another DA for Breville. and yeah here I am .. buying another Breville with the intent on clearing counter space of the current oven and air fryer... so my garage shelves will be looking like a graveyard for kitchen counter appliances Facepalm

And thanks to pikapan.. I canceled the order just to place another for the larger model laugh out loud

I hope that at the KAA (Kitchen Appliance Addicts) meetings they have some nice air fried veggies with dip laugh out loud

I've owned 2 of the BOV900 varients over the past 6 years or so. They work great until the convection fan starts getting loud and then eventually stops working. There is no replacement for the fan and Breville is no help. My current one is just starting to get loud after ~3 years so I'm in the market. I may go with the new Ninja Ninja DT251 instead as it seems like it has better features like variable convection fan and a washable screen to help protect it.

We have the older smaller Ninja Foodi and liked it so much we gave back a hand me down Breville oven. The DT251 you mentioned looks even better since it is taller.

not sure i see the difference between this air fryer and a $60 one if i just want an air fryer (dont need the other capabilities). Any insight? How much of that is in the Breville name? Are they the apple of appliances or something?

just checked out that DT251, looks pretty slick with a large capacity.

I have this, been using for around 2 years. Best mini-oven experience I have so far. Temperature is perfect as it reads on screen and have never let me down with baking breads.

I have had the larger model (BOV900BSS) for over 2 years, got it for the same price as today ($320). This thing is the bomb. We use it daily. Kids use it for pizzas and frozen goodies and keeps them out of my big oven. Extra oven space for holiday sides, or make some garlic toast without heating the oven. While my kitchen was being remodeled I actually baked casseroles in it, no problem. You could probably bake cookies or cupcakes in it too. Worth every penny.
