Wow, that is incredibly rude. And it wasn't health advice, it was pricing advice.

So, for what it's worth, Costco has Centrum Silver Adults 50+ Multivitamin, 325 Tablets for $18.99, which you can easily verify for yourself. Similar price.

Are these only suitable for those over 50? What would be an issue with a 30 something year old taking these?

If you have a BJs or Costco membership, it's still cheaper there if they have coupons or sales going on.

Quite a few not-so-great ingredients. Choose a better brand.

Don't waste your money.
General rule of thumb: If you can buy a particular vitamin in your grocery store and / or if you see ads for a vitamin on TV or in magazines - it's very likely garbage. Centrum and One a Day are the most popular garbage vitamins.
If you want a good vitamin - look at the percentages of RDA. Check out some great brands like Rainbow Light, Super Nutrition, etc and you will notice that the percentages are in the thousands, not in the hundreds. When our body is stressed we need more and the point of a vitamin is always having that more available when you need it.
*Never buy a 'one a day' even from a good brand - it cannot stay in your body that long and it's a marketing thing because they want to sell what people want (demand is high).
*Dosing for ANY supplement should be done by weight, not age. Recommended doses are for a person 140-180lbs.
