I had the same question!

That being said, I just put mine together tonight. The wheel is louder than I thought. It sounds very grindy as you row, and the resistance at max doesn't feel very strong.

I will be returning it to costco... Sucks, its a PITA to put together disassemble!!!

For anybody looking for reviews - This is a Nordictrack RW200 with a different paint scheme. They list for $799 on their website.

Edit:

I retract the above statement. All the info packed with my rower referenced the NordicTrack but now as I'm going thru the manual there are some slight differences and I've had to download the correct manual for the ProForm.
