Integrated LEDs are the stupidest things ever
Ive had a bad time with led fixtures. They eventually fail...and now instead of swapping a bulb you get to wire in a fixture. Never again for me.
Nope... these pretty much are builder's grade.

Great prices. Wish there was a way around the shipping, ~$6.

The 7.5inch LED also has a 3000k model for the same price. I grabbed 10 for closets and hallways for my new home build. Gotta find ways to save some money where the light used won't matter much.

This are builders grade, so not top shelf. However, Kichler is a good name in lighting. For the price, recommended.

I have the inverse-dome-like builder grade standard flush mount 2 light fixture. Will these be an upgrade?
Or should I install recessed lighting to help make my house more attractive?

Can't agree more. They keep saying LED will last 10-20 yrs, but the darn thing fails in number of days. What's good if the emitters last 20 yrs.

How are these Kichler lights compared to these from Costco? These are supposed to go on sale for ~$18 beginning on 11/23

The previous owners swapped out a bunch of lights for flat LED discs similar to these. In over two years, I've not had any problems with them. LEDs are more sensitive to line problems, since they're electronic, but if your electricity is fine, and the fixture is decent, I don't see why it won't last. Without a bulb, these fixtures offer installations that simply are not possible with a larger fixture.

Poor efficiency.

You would expect 100 lumen / W. i.e with the 15W this consumes it would output 1500 Lumen. However, you only get 1000 lumen.

See for example https://www.amazon.com/Great-Eagl...707&sr=8-4

Or maybe the manufacturers are lying about the ratings ...
