Agreed. It's basically a footprint with an unattached sunshade. I'd be weary sleeping in this thing as you are fully exposed to bugs/critters/wind and probably moisture as well. Maybe cool to set up for the kiddos during a BBQ on a hot day, but that's about it.
With tents, always divide the listed capacity by 2. So, this is good for 1 person

This is more of a shelter than a tent. I recommend either a Kelty or REI tent for a good tent at a lower price point. As far as winter goes, your sleeping bag + sleeping pad will make more of a difference in terms of warmth.
