Is this going to be ok for large digital cameras?
This is probably the one single use that this card won't excel at. It'll work great in your cell phone, Nintendo Switch, dash cam, etc. But a hearty DSLR recording burst mode shots requires extremely fast write speeds. This card is fast, but that usage requires rocket speed. Look for a U3 card. That said, if you never do burst shots, you should be fine with this card.

This is guaranteed for 5 years of 24/7 recording. If you drive for 12 hours every day, that's 10 years of recording. ...absolutely overkill for most people for dashcams.
It's worth it tho. I just got my 64gb pro plus replaced by Samsung after 4 years of minimal use.

Is this good for the switch?
I have the same question. (Is this good for Nintendo Switch?) I bought the Nintendo Switch card last night from Bestbuy but it cost more.

I put the 32GB version of this in my android phone and it complained that it was a slow card - probably due to write speeds. Still seems to work fine. I tested the card beforehand (both performance benchmarking and using f3 to verify capacity), so it doesn't appear to be counterfeit (from Amazon, so worth checking). I did buy 2 during Prime Day for $25 - 25% cash back - slightly better than this deal. Also, newegg is having the 128GB for $18 for black friday.

Anyone have thoughts on if 64GB is enough for a dashcam, or if 128gb would be better?

Will the 64Gb work in a Samsung Galaxy S3 phone?

What's the difference btw this and Samsung Evo Plus? Bestbuy has Evo Plus for $21.99. Looking to get one for tablet and mobile phone.

Extreme temperatures will probably have some effect on the lifespan..

Anyone use these on a raspberry pi or for an OS on another system?

I see that Best Buy has the SanDisk Extreme Plus 64gb ($14.99) and 126gb ($19.99) cards on sale as well. Would these be better for digital cameras? Obviously the 128gb is the better deal. Although Amazon has the 256gb for $42.99 if you need bigger. Just trying to figure out which to get my wife for her camera. TIA

64 is fine, dashcam is going to overwrite once it's full anyway

Evo plus is U3, faster write speed 90 to 30, if you're getting it for phone or tablet, evo plus is better

Thanks! Yea, just looked it up. Evo plus is better.

What about Samsung Evo Plus vs. Sandisk Extreme Plus? Which is a better brand?

It's fine for a non modded switch. Return it, you're just paying extra for the nintendo branding. I got a 512gb evo select in mine. More memory, more storage
