I've been watching the A7IIi deals everyday for months now. In the past 4 weeks this camera went from being $300 off normally, to being $400 off for students, then briefly $500 off, then back to $300 off, then briefly $500 off again, and then that deal vanished last night and this is the deal I woke up to.

These student deals have been fluctuating up and down, but this current offer for $540 off retail is the best price I've seen. For those that don't know, you can't stack student discounts with corporate tax exemption at B&H.

I doubt it. I've been closely monitoring A7III sales over the past two years. I managed to get one for around $1,600 on a student Sony sale at Best Buy last year, but this is by far the lowest price I've ever seen.

The recent student deals have been fluctuating between $1,500 and $1,600. This is the lowest I've ever seen.

Black Friday and the holidays deals will most likely be the camera at $1,700 with a bunch of extras bundled in.

I bought this at $1498 at the beginning of the month. Just chatted with the representative and they refunded me the price difference in no time. Love B&H customer service.

I just bought a A7iii with a Tamron 28-75 mm f/2.8 lens. Photos with this camera are amazing compared to my old Canon T3i.

Oh dang, this is the cheapest price i have ever seen a Sony a73 dropped down to. $1,500 for the camera is a steal. I've been monitoring the camera for over a year on amazon and it stays consistently at $1,800 to $2,000. $1,700 for it now is still a bargain but if you can get it for $1,500, i say take it. Yes, its true that the Sony a74 may come out next year, but i think it likely will be price at $2,200 easily to compete with Canon's R6. A73 is still worthy to get at this price

Look at this camera on Craigslist and Facebook marketplace and see how easily you'll be able to flip it for profit immediately or use it extensively and then get your money back when the A7IV drops. Just keep the original packaging.
