Been there, beautiful place. Actually not a bad deal if you can pull off that WFH. WiFi was free at the W. However it's those crazy food and alcohol prices that gets you. Would love to go back...

so is it 30k for one hut? can we take like 2 people and split the cost? sleep on couch or something? Would love to live there with 2 room mates LOL. 10k to live on a beach for a year.

Ah, thats how they get you. They know that you can stay max for 30 days and then would have to back and get new visa for another 30 days. Low behold, with all the back and forth trips and visa apps, you would prob use it couple months at best, and then get tired of it

Specifically says two people maximum, and it must be the SAME two people whose names you put on when you purchase. So no sharing, no kids, etc etc.
