Ah, I figured it out. But all the starbucks in the area show "currently unavailable", even with the scheduled time being set... what the heck.

Just added SABRINA10 and MERRY10 to my promotions in the app. Both took. LUCYHALE shows invalid now. Since none of my locations will let me do a scheduled order (don't know why), will just see whether these are still there when I go to use them!
