Looks like the old model that drains to the front. As someone who's used both you want the one that drains to the back

Is this a newer model https://www.walmart.com/ip/Blacks.../578992934 This seems like a better deal with grease tray in back and magnets along with hard cover included which isn't cheap

you can get the cover from amazon right now for $61 but someone said it's kinda filmsy. might not be worth the extra money

Yes I get that. I have the 28" and looking to get the 36" and I paid like $70 for my hard cover. If you plan to get a hard cover I would gladly pay the $30 extra for magnets, holder and the grease tray in back I love.
