Will i get 2 additional years of warranty if i pay with costco Citi card ?
So 2 + 2 = 4 years ?
Yes you do. According to the Costco website, you get 1-year manufacturer's warranty, one additional year ("Costco Extended Warranty") for being a Costco member, and an additional two years extended warranty if you pay with Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi. In addition, you get 2% cash back for using the Costco card.

It's hard to make a generalization whether this is a "good deal" or a "good laptop," but it should be fine for work (Word documents, Adobe Acrobat and multiple tabs open), which is exactly what i do on my laptop. Can't provide any feedback on Photoshop.
I bought a different iteration of this laptop in 2019 for $450 (it was a Ryzen 5 2500 version w/ 8GB RAM and 256 GB SSD), and it has been really good for work and web browsing. However, the screen is glossy, so that might affect visibility. On other threads, people also complain about the screen brightness being too low.
However, and in my case, my laptop is connected to an external monitor 90% of the time, so I rarely notice the glossy or dim screen (at the same time, I don't get to take advantage of the touchscreen). When I am working remotely, I am personally not bothered by the screen.
Not sure if this version of the Flex is better, but I also found the battery-life to be lacking, but I expected this from a touchscreen device.
I've owned my version of the Flex for nearly two years now, and I am overall happy with it.
