This is a good deal. I wish they would have a similar deal with the Milwaukee M18 sander. That thing seems to never go on sale. I am too invested in Milwaukee. At this price I might be willing to deal with the dewalt batteries though.

I have this and still go back to using my sheet sander more. It has it's uses but for the majority of people, myself included, you probably just need dewalts sheet sander.

The time you need it, it pays for itself though and if you can afford it or snag a great bogo tool deal, it's nice to have both.

One thing you may want to take into consideration, if you haven't already, is the M18 is not brushless whereas th Dewalt is brushless
