3. Go to Play store on the search box type in google fi. Click install. Once done click open then start activate with fresh new or never been Fi account.

5. Next morning wake up have a coffee, reading some news, then go to your old google fi account, click on Fi savings then smile as 4 of 5 check mark were checked. The last one is Keep device active on Fi for xx more days.
Hope this help with those with problem like me being denied $200 off.
I'm also at my computer almost all day, so the Hangouts integration was also quite beneficial. I could reply to texts while working without skipping a beat, or make calls from the same headphones I was using for music.
Hangouts integration was also hugely helpful when my phone broke overseas and all I had to do was buy a new $100 phone and I could use my Fi number.
Another great benefit was that my Pixel 3 was essentially free with the Fi travel gift card promo from 2018. I paid $800 for the P3, and was given an $800 Airbnb gift card, and since I already had a trip planned for the next spring, that covered my costs.
I also never used much data, so for two people, my bill was on average $35-40/month, which I know can be beat by some others, but I was comfortable paying it because I'm satisfied with the service. If you really like a $9 sandwich, you don't go to a different restaurant to save $2 on a sandwich you sort of like simply because it's cheaper. Although I guess that makes you lazy.
People use Fi, and whether or not you struggle to believe it, some people are actually even *satisfied* with their service!
You could have simply said "decent deal on the phone, but the service is too expensive for me, don't see much benefit for how I use my phone", yet you decided to brand every single user of Fi as lazy or too dumb to know better.

By the way, very nice "subtle" way of adding in your referral code!

Can I port from Boost? Seems like the cheapest on eBay.
