I expect I'll probably end up moving these parts to a bigger case at some point, but great deal on a pre-build from what I can see.
If you can wait a bit, it is slightly cheaper if you have 5-star status at Perks at Works (employee pricing, you can customize a OMEN 30L build with these specs for $2228.99 - 15%).

2. I've been pricing prebuilts and checking all retailers and the only ones available start at $3k
3. I researched pictures, videos, reviews, and all the specs (# of ports on MB, on GPU, cooler type, PSU, etc.)
4. I was half way through adding the parts to pcpartpicker when I hit $2k, still pending case and psu, and wifi card, using the cheapest parts I could find for MB and cooler, as well as adding 10850k cpu and the only price that showed for an rtx3080. I did include Windows 10 cost, which I know some will argue not to get it;
Anyway, all in all, this was a good price; not a crazy deal in normal circumstances, but at a time where you can't grab these GPUs anywhere...I'll take it.
I was looking into rtx 3090 or rx6900xt with 5950x but, well, all gpus disappear instantly, and all cpus disappear instantly, and the prices for prebuilts with these were going for like nearly $4k...
By the way there is a version of this HP Omen 30L that comes with a 3090 for $3k probably overpriced, didn't look into it...

It was in stock 2 days ago (There were 10 available from Amazon when I looked and got in -- not the resellers, at $2,022, sold and shipped by Amazon).
It was out of stock all day yesterday.
Then, this morning there were 17 available from Amazon -- not the resellers, at $2,022.
