S20 FE's touch function-related malfunctions were improved, and the improved SW was issued on October 21st, butit was understood as a request for additional improvement.

EDIT: Costco has this same deal tomorrow, which I was waiting for. But this is way easier as I was able to choose which line to upgrade and go through the check out process on the spot via bb.com

I called Verizon beforehand - they can not match the deal but they will discount the activation fee by 50%. The agent I spoke with said that is the best they can do and the 50% is 'hardcoded' into their system. So $80 in activation fees reduced to $40 - better than nothing.
Lastly, Blue phone should be delivered this Monday but a Red phone is going to take another week
