Agreed, not really any better than samsung website.
S pen is the only thing that's kept me buying Samsung phones. If they get rid of the Note I'll be taking my talents elsewhere because Samsung is overpriced and has an awful policy of only providing two OS upgrades.

I just dropped my note 9 and cracked my screen Sunday. Samsung still gave me $240 for trade-in on top of $200 off retail price for Note 20. Plus $30 for accessories (used it on a 10,000 mAh power bank) and trials for spotify (6mos) and youtube premium (4mos).
In the end I paid $612.97 for an unlocked Note 20 on Samsung's website.
