2 routers instead of 1 router and 1 access point is well worth the extra $30. This is a good deal.

Routers are AC2200 with 4x4 MU-MIMO and Ethernet ports while the access point is AC1200 with 2x2 and no other ports.

FYI, the Nest Router is AC2200, but the Nest Points are only AC1200.

Love the Google Assistant bonus, but the speed wasn't there for me. Even with a Great Mesh connection, the speed would only be around 100-ish at the Points. (270-ish at the Router). Also, FWIW there's no ethernet ports in any of the Points if that's important to you at all.
