Great deal on a 46lb thrust trolling motor, bought this summer for 140 free shipping. Fresh and salt water. I'm using with 100ah battery and have gone 3 hours at 3 and 4th speed (of 5 total forward speeds) and only used 25% of the battery or so. Moves me plenty fast in my 18ft canoe.

These are not really saltwater, cause the motor housing will rust.
After a couple of years, I had to sand and refinish it with Rustoleum.
It still works, but don't expect it to not rust when used in saltwater.
