edited: Costco reps told me we didn't need unlimited rate plan to get this deal several times, ended up being false upon speaking to manager

With a unlimited plan, can get trade in value too. Getting 350 in bill credits over 30 months plus the 350 from Costco. Took my s7 to att store as trade.

FWIW I recently upgraded from Samsung 9+ to this phone. I am not impressed and it is hard to find an area of 5G. I actually like the display on my 9+ better. I do like the fact that the curved edges are gone in the FE phone.

It may be because the 20 FE, Fan Edition (FE) is stripped down a bit compared to the original 20

WARNING!
Be Very Careful about doing this deal..........
We did this Deal and the "CostCo ATT Kiosk" totally completely messed it up.
Been on the phone for 7-8hrs with ATT with them trying to undo everything they can from their side and now need to go back to CostCo to get it all undone.

In short, they activated the account w/o phones so we are getting billed.
Costco Rep said ATT would send us phones....
ATT said they have no record of phones needing to be sent because we should have them because they were activated.

TOTAL COMPLETE Disaster.......

I was always warned about 3rd party folks.....
And the Phone Kiosk there is NOT COSTCO itself....

We were there for HOURS to get it done....
Now we have to go back and because ATT cant undo the 3rd party screwup all by themselves.....

*sigh* after repeatedly asking a few Costco reps if we had to have the unlimited data plan to get this they said no it's not required every time, finally on the 3rd visit when we were ready to jump in we met with the manager who told us the unlimited plan is required for this promotion, I have no clue how they can employ people who are this ignorant.
