The experience of reading a tangible magazine
This is perfect. I work at an auto repair shop and I'm tired of seeing a stack of People magazines in the waiting room. Really don't care about Kim Kard's latest boob job.
In for both, thanks op!
DM will only auto-renew if you opt in for their "DiscountLock" program.

If you miss it during checkout, or want to check...you can log into your account at DM and verify.

You can cancel the DiscountLock via your account DM if you signed up inadvertently, or changed your mind. I've been using DM for over a decade and they've never renewed any of my subscriptions (I opt out every time I order).

DM does not send mailed invoices, but sure, they may send you emails to try to get you to order again (like any online retailier). You can easily opt out of these emails.

The publisher may send you renewal notices to try to encourage you to renew. You can opt-out of mailed/emailed renewal notices from the publisher - you just have to log into your subscription account at the particular magazine, and look in their FAQ or send a message via your account to customer service.

C&D is my favorite magazine. Excellent, witty writing. And most of their stuff is not available free anywhere. Also, tangible magazine to carry with you.

Will they be around that long? If Weathertech pulls their advertising, it's game over.

I got C&D a few months back when it was on sale. I guess I should've checked it out first. Hadn't seen an issue in several years and when the first one finally came in, it was just sad. It's about HALF the page count I remember (if even that much!!) I know magazines are struggling, but damn. Even if it was only $10 for 4 years, hardly seems worth it.

Discountmags will auto renew and keep sending bills way after you cancel. Scammers imo.

No, if you are in the market for a $120,000 vehicle, it's a must-read. On the other hand, of you want practical info on affordable cars, they mostly don't bother anymore. They went fully tree hugger green, and inject a bit of left wing thought in a subtle fashion. I am insulted on a monthly basis. I expect the remaining 40 months of my current subscription will outlast the actual magazine.

How is this so cheap? Is it like 80% ad and 20% actual material?
