This is not true at all. I have two switches. Make one primary and one secondary. Primary can play digital games anytime. Secondary has to check internet every two hours. We play games online together and only have to buy it digitally once.

I think you were playing it wrong. I played many many hours of botw and at the end game never experienced that problem. There are tons of really difficult enemies to battle all over the map and reward you with great weapons. My inventory was always filled with powerful weapons that lasted several battle before breaking. When they did break I always had other powerful weapons to pull out. My opinion, botw is one of the best games created for the switch.

You can try contacting them. I had purchased it from Amazon for 40.00 and it hadn't shipped yet. Saw the Walmart ad for 30.00, tried to cancel Amazon order, but it wouldn't let me. I contacted Amazon support and they gave me a 10.00 credit.

If you buy digital it will only be playable on one single console - you can't buy games on 1 Nintendo account and share digital games between 2 consoles. There may be a method to have the profile work on multiple consoles but it involves signing in and out and won't allow coop play. With Physical, you just pop the cartridge between consoles and there's no concern.
