The X90CH is the warehouse (Costco/Sam's Club) version. They have a different model number so they are not open to price matching.

X950 is better for use in rooms which have daylight/windows/glare. It has better brightness and reduced glare. I'm sure there are other differences, but this is the big one. Got to get the correct model for your intended usage. Of course, if you typically only watch tv in the evenings, the brightness issue won't be a big deal, even in a room with lots of windows.
