If you game, the most important part to invest is the GPU. The second part is the CPU with a highest clock speed you can afford, then down to the quality of the motherboard and the PSU. The component quality of the board and the PSU is very important to handle highest clock speed at the stable voltage.
In short, the memory speed is the least of your worry.

Seems too far in advance... RAM prices can fluctuate a bit, plus if there's a problem with this one you will be past the return period.

Would it be a risk buying it if its not in the QVL of this mobo? ASUS TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI)

https://www.newegg.com/team-32gb-...6820331356 this is $5 more but its in the QVL.

Whats a better buy? I'm not overclocking - I just need stability. System will run 24/7

No x570 board is going to have an issue with this ram. Should just be able to set DOCP profile and go. That said, It's like $4-5 difference. If the idea bothers you, get the team group ram. Nothing wrong with it. The Crucial stuff is just known to overclock decently. If you aren't overclocking you won't notice a difference between the two.

Agreed but Im noticing when I game at 4K, almost 65-70% of my RAM is being utilized. Thats with no background programs so if you have those running, it would be more.

I think this is a solid price for 32GB from a super reputable memory company.. and in the middle of a pandemic where tech prices are inflated. Check out Linus Tech Tips video on Crucials Ballistic RAM. Most RAM are not much different from each other but the Ballistic line is top notch.

I bought a pair.

The 3600mhz CL 16 version listed is Gaming Gold. I got 32GB of it for $65 per 16GB module. That's as low as I've seen it.
