I have owned this for more than a year and have been satisfied, for the most part. There are many good and convenient things this lock has but... The only thing that doesn't work for me is Z-Wave. Apparently you need a smart hub with z-wave built in. Which hub? They are all sold out or discontinued! So, the very much touted a-wave capability is useless. If you don't need to be able to lock or unlock this from your phone - it's a good lock. If you want remote capabilities - look elsewhere.

We only have the Alexa hub so it wouldn't connect through that since it's only Zigbee. However, we have the Ring alarm system which has Z-Wave. The lock was able to be connected to Ring which then allowed it to be controlled with our Alexa hub.

Had one for 5 years. Works reliably and the battery lasts around a year. It really shines when paired with SmartThings. Having the door auto lock/unlock when I arrive/leave is fantastic and being able to generate one time use codes for friends is fantastic.

Same here. Works great with Ring system which also manages the lock(s) where you can enter/remove, enable/disable users. Lock can be used in lieu of Ring keypad, where it will arm/disarm system when you lock/unlock the door via PIN.
