No mention of "meltblown" layer, so probably not a good filter. It's better than nothing, but there are better masks available.

N95 > KN94 or KF95 on FDA list [fda.gov] > real ASTM [astm.org] surgical mask > everything else (better than nothing)

Here's a few good sources for respirators:For surgical masks (the real ones at least) it's difficult to find a reliable vendor that sells to the general public.
  • Manufacturers such as Halyard (Kimberly Clark) and Cardinal are well known.
  • Insist on ASTM certification [astm.org]. Here's a good explanation [crosstex.com]. (The quality of this brand is unknown, but the info is good).
  • At the very least, the mask should have a "meltblown" layer (not just "non-woven").

Those do look good and they're made in the US too. There seems to be an odd-shaped extra layer on the inside - do you notice this at all while wearing it? Does this help keep the mask from compressing?

Thanks for links to KN94. Those fit me better than KN95 including Powecom headstrap.
I have N95 for high risk situations but hard to wear for extended periods.

I do not like mask sucking into mouth.

I live about 50 miles from armbrushusa and applaud them for their efforts. If Texans were not so selfish I would wear their masks and not need N95 0r KN94s.
