The way this year has been going, I'd say no on both ends for the rest of the year. There were no promos on Black Friday or Cyber Monday during the past two years. I predict no other promos for this month and maybe two more in December, but I'd love to be surprised.

3rd time in a row that I dont qualify, after months and month of qualifying for every single one of them.

Disappointing, because I have a $400 purchase that I've been waiting to pick up off ebay but I'm in no hurry without some kind of discount.

I got a couple of $5 off $5.01 on two different accounts in the past few weeks but overall eBay doesn't really offer any worthwhile coupons anymore. They use to do $15 off $75 but those are long gone.

These threads are always puzzling to me. Most items that I look for cost more on eBay and a perk to using eBay in the past was no sales tax which no longer exists. eBay seems to have shifted away from instant savings via coupon and now make you redeem your "5% savings" by buying more stuff on ebay.

I'm either way underestimating the traffic still on eBay and dedication of its users to save 5% or these posts are paid shills.

Seems like Ebay business model is struggling. Id guess their margins are getting razer thin. There is a ton of competition now and they offer zero advantage to both the seller and buyer.

They're not struggling, online business is booming due to Covid, probably why they're not offering all the coupons they have in previous years
