Just picked one up for a Christmas present. Cheap enough to be a stocking stuffer but looks pretty awesome. Its a little cheaper if you have a REDCard too.

Yes the darts are interchangable with nerf ones.

I think belt fed is usually the worst. Clip (magazine fed) is still prone to jamming/mid-feeds. Drum-fed hasn't ever jammed on me.
I'm just a casual, though.
