I have used both Dell XPS (not the latest version but the one with 10th Gen i7-10510U) and Spectre x360 13 (4K IPS and i7-1065G7) and my personal preference go to Spectre. Design, build quality, display quality are more or less comparable but XPS 13 feels smaller and a bit denser.
However, XPS 13 looks very dull to me, exactly same as it was couple of years back. HP Spectre, on the other hand, feels very premium and professional but it's design aesthetics make it looks like an art piece rather than just a Laptop.
In my office, while using Spectre, I have been asked multiple times about it because of the superb look, even in some meetings.

Does it have 4k OLED config with code?

Personally I prefer the black or blue version but they're fingerprint magnet. Silver one hides the fingerprint best.

This one has Tiger Lake, but doesn't have the good screen option of the 2k OLED panel.
my old HP spectre x360 died after 2.5 years of very light use...luckily my Citi Costco card covered it for 2 yrs after the crappy 1y initial warranty
