Available for pickup at my store, but lugging 300+ pounds up the stairs to install this...ugh.
Current is smaller, without fire protection. (But was made in the US)

I've done it with two people. We put it on a thick movers blanket and slid it up the stairs. Not fun. Almost as bad as moving washing machines up and down stairs.
