VERY IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. use only one MR point on the order, as using MR points on Amazon is inefficient.
2. do not use these until black friday.. we have typically seen special discounts on black friday, and these amex discounts apply on top of the original price.. so if you have an item priced at 50, but a black friday deal makes it 25, this discount could potentially give you 20% off the original $50, effectively doubling your overall discount percentage.

Second amex offer that's worked for me this month. Keep them coming.

Quick data point:

I had a 10% AMEX MR offer previously loaded, and this one worked for me too.

After using the 20%, the older 10% offer still shows as available.

Sometimes these offers don't work until then. It's 70K redemptions or 12/31 whichever comes first
What do you recommend using the full points on? What offers the best rates?

Got it on one account. Can't decide if it's work loading up on Netflix credit at 20% off
Just ad it to cart and see at checkout if the discount is applied before confirming your order.
I know the promo works on my account. I meant that I don't know that 20% off on Netflix credit is the best deal I can do for Netflix or whether it's better to wait for another GC promo.

Do you have to log into your amex account then click on the offer of 8 times the points on every dollar spent, maxing at 3 000 points, before you actually get the offer,I know i have that same offer of 8 times the points loaded to my amex card, but I still have to log into my amex account, click on the 8 times offer in order for me to get the 8 points per dollar spent
If the offer is added to your card, you just have to use that card during checkout on Amazon. No need to click through the Amex offer link, it will work regardless.

Nice thanks for the tip! Never thought about that, always looked down at the gift card option. I used my points for the remainder of the purchase since travel is paying .007 per point right now.

My Citi Amex card is in the process of turning into a Mastercard, and it won't let me use points right now even though the Amex card is still active for several more months. I signed up for a Blue Everyday Amex card, but those don't earn reward points that can be used like this.

Mr.big bucks over there I had to settle for the WD Blue since it was only $75 with the discount. The samsung one technically paid out 15.5% since it maxes out at $20 btw.

Citi Amex wouldn't qualify anyways since it doesn't earn MR points.

You need a AMEX Blue Everyday card, not Blue Cash Everyday.
