This is one of the best prices I've seen on this size bottle of flaxseed oil. The best price I found at Walmart was about $8.88 for a similar size bottle. Flaxseed oil is listed as the absolute best thing you can use to season cast iron pans. Plenty of websites provide details on the process, if you're interested.

I would like to try it out for my cast iron pan. But it seems like you need to refrigerate it after opening. That's a bit inconvenient for me. Fridge is way packed...
