TS3 Plus for $199 with COUPON [amazon.com] - $199.99
I have two of these docks.
One in the office, and another in the home office due to working from home.
My monitors are oriented differently between home and office. Magically, it always works without fail. Not so with the hubs and other docks. They also have a Docking Station Utility that ejects all your devices. Pretty harmless to just tug the TB3 cable off too, but if you are like me and hate those Apple warnings then this one click utility is awesome.
For $199 you can't go wrong. It has the most ports of any dock on the market, and offers 87 watts of charging.
We have a couple of Thunderbolt 4 computers in the office and this works great with them. Bandwidth is at 40Gb for Thunderbolt 4 so I see this TS3 Plus aging pretty gracefully.
Also, always plug CalDigit support because they have actual humans answering the phones and they speak AMERICAN ENGLISH!
