Price history: not the all time low according to IsThereAnyDeal, that would be end of 2017 at $4.99. But it hasn't gone that low directly on steam ever since, so $9.99 is a pretty good price.

I thought Xen was a free update? They just changed the name to "Definitive Edition" when the update was added.
