This or the 870 QVO for v$10 more?

860 EVO is overall a better drive than QVO. Retail price of EVO is higher than QVO, just FYI...

This is where I bought mine. Good use of Dell Promo gift cards.

I had a little trouble going through the checkout phase. Everytime I tried to put in my CC info, it wouldnt go through, so I went to the myFrys option and made a new credit card information there. After that, I got through the checkout fine.

Hope this helps anyone with the same issue!

So the only reason to buy this is because you ran out of M.2 slots right? $10 more you get something 6 times faster

Don't pay more for a worse product. QLC (QVO) is not as good as TLC (EVO).

I thought they were already dead. No frys on the east coast anyway, but I am lucky enough to have a microcenter about 15 min away depending on traffic.
what's amazing to me is Fry's is dead which is sad (they used to have decent prices on a bunch of useful electronics and not flea market perfume and plastic toy knick knacks) but micro center is really knocking it out of the park and I thought they wouldn't make it a couple years ago, that place is always packed when I go there now, even on weekdays

I just looked through the frys Black Friday sale and you couldn't be more right. There's nothing besides this even worth considering. Sheesh
Same goes for any other retailer on pc parts.
Most, including Newegg have been gouging taking advantage of covid situation.
Cpu prices are up, mobo prices have doubled if not tripled.
Nintendo has been price fixing their games since the get go.

Tvs and ps4 games got good deals. No cell phone deals.

As much as I loved Frys in the past, I wouldn't touch them with a 10' pole now. Just die already and bring in some economy stimulating businesses to the massive spaces they occupy.
