Thanks OP. I've not seen this product before. Trying to figure out how it compares to a circular saw or a jigsaw, as it seems like a cross between the two.

Its just a small circular saw with 3 different blades included. Wood only up to 1" so if you want to cut 2x4's, no go.
Seems like this is comparable to the new ONE+ HP 18V Brushless Cordless Compact Cut-Off Tool.
Not really comparable, the cut off tool is for using high speed blades like abrasive grinder disks, goes to 29,000 rpm but lower torque. This saw only goes to 4,200 rpm but higher torque which is good for things like sawblades going through wood. This CAN use abrasive disks but at 4,200 rpm it will be very slow going. This is great for it's intended use, but not for cut-off tool use.
What's the advantage of this over the small circular saw? Blades easier to swap out? Cleaner cuts? Can cut more materials than a circular saw?
If none of these are true, I'm sticking with the circular saw (to note - I have the 6.5 and 7.5 circular one+... I've really been loving the smaller one recently! It's so convenient and easy to handle)...

Almost flush cuts possible. Vacuum port makes this almost like a Festool track saw.
