I wouldn't think that you can stack them. They are different offers. One is BYOD (bring your own device) and the other is trading in and then buying a phone.
This trading one can stack with the $100 shop card.
The other BYOD offer can stack with the $200 shop card.

Thanks zeta ...Actually I am in confusion..as per my understanding, $100 rebate from T-Mobile doesn't require trade-in , only number port in requires on T-mobile which I am doing with my BYOD offer .

I'm a little confused. Let me know if I am understanding this correctly. I get $194 for my iPhone 6 trade in plus $200 Costco cash card. And I can port over a number using the add a free line? Thanks for any help

Not in Atlanta. No use of the deal when they don't have stock or taking backorder. My local store told that they have not get any stock for 12 Pro or 12 Pro max since launch
