When I went to T-Mobile they told me $34 for 2 iPhone pros but I need to add a paid line for $20 as I am already T-Mobile customer. And no trade in required.
You can take upto $450 off a new iPhone 12 after you trade in an eligible device.

1 titled "BYOD off" for a $200 Costco gift card
2nd titled "$100 Shop Card" for a $100 Costco gift card.
Both are listed in the OP's attached screenshot.
I am not sure what, if any, additional T-mobile promos could be used with the Costco BYOD gift cards.
*This is without having to activate a new line or do any shenanigans.
**Keep in mind that free iphone mini deal requires a line activation.
I don't know what devices qualify for the 10% off.

visible has much better deal, and you get unlocked phone.
iphone 12 pro + airpods pro + $150GC + $25 chase/bofa cash back + $100 r10 cash back
out of pocket = $1104 + $65( 2 months service) -$150(sell airpods pro) -$150 (rebate) -$25 -$100 -$300 ( sell your phone online) = $444
and you need not deal with left over gift cards
So net out the cost for someone with a device is at least as per below
$300 + $75 = $375. All to $450 off. Granted, costco lower price would mean you get to save another $75, so net saving is $150
Wouldnt you rather just buy a device on retail for $200 off as many other companies are offering or do the Target deal? That way you don't have the hassle of adding a line, doing the whole trade in shabang (20% the time Tmobile loses those trade ins and then you are spending time with CS) and then removing the line
What a mess

your calculation seem to be off. let's say you can get $300 for your iphone 11 if you sell online so it's $300 cash
to get iphone 12 pro you are giving
$552(apple GC COST )+ $300 ( iphone 11) then you get back $150 in prepaid card and $50 target card
so you costs are close to $652 vs $444 in visible case

appears not for TMobile
But you can still do target GC and buy from Apple outright unlocked phone

Heck, I will even just pay a retail price than going through all the hassle to save $150. Your time has to be more worth than that
