Okay. It should be a one time rebate.

I also bought an iPhone on Black Friday and want to make sure I'm sending the Trade-In to the correct address. Here are my trade-in agreements and shipping label I was given. Can you please look at this and tell me if this is what you got too?

Okay. Thank you!

A few people here confirmed it for me including you. Thank you so much.

If I had sent my trade in to where I was told to it would have been a nightmare to get it back. I went by the kiosk thrice so far and they are sure this is where I send it to.

I am planning to process the return , I don't want to deal with trade-in issues. I wonder how many people are like me.

Does anyone know if the device that you are trading in needs to be present when going to Costco? Or do they just need the IMEI info from it?

Alright, just called the kiosk at my local Costco and just as you said, they confirmed that they need to see the device. Will need to wait for the kids to get out of school!

We currently have Verizon and are thinking about switching to T-mobile, but don't want bill credit deals in case we hate it and want to change carriers. The best deal for us was the buy one get $540 off the second phone, which invokes no trade in. We can currently get ~$275 per iPhone XR that we have from decluttr. We would also get $100 cash card per new line, so ~$740 from Costco and ~$550 from selling our two phones separately.

All said and done it would be ~$525 for a 128gb 12pro and 128gb 12 after tax.

Dumb question but can we trade in more than one phone?

Thinking about doing something similar. I have 3 lines on TMobile and 2 on Verizon. Planning to get the $540 deal, then take the other two phones from Verizon and take advantage of the TMobile BYOD ($200 per line) and porting ($100 per line). This way I can keep all phones and will cancel the two lines when I receive the rebates for BYOD.

It will cost me $20 per month to keep the 2additional lines active, so about $60-80 until the rebates come in, but that is less than what the two lines cost on Verizon now for a month.

So $540+ $400 (BYOD) + $200 (Porting) = $1140 + price of selling or trading phones in to Apple later.

EDIT: That was the plan until I called one of my Costcos and they don't have any iPhone 12s. I will check another, but if none are available, I can still get the $600 for the BYOD and port.

Can you stack BYOD $200 with the $540off?

No, you can not. It is explicitly excluded...see image attached to OPs post.

I was just reading the contract and it says trade in value as one time credit and remaining promotion as rebate. What does that mean ?

Apparently I didn't read well. The $100/line Costco card did not stack with the $540 from the one one get one. I'm hoping I can get the $100/line port in offer directly from the T-Mobile site though.

The value of iPhone 8 Plus trade in is $374. You will get the phone's value as bill credit which is $100+ , which is quoted to you in the trade in agreement , and the rest of $374 is via master card texted to you in a couple of months.

How long until you can upgrade? I'm wondering if you can get the BYOD$200 and a month or two later, trade in through tmobile direct 500 for iPhone 12 pro.
