In anticipation of this deal next year, how many months in advance should I cancel current T-Mobile lines to take advantage of this deal? I know that the offers says the lines cannot have been T-Mobile within the past 90 days. However, I am curious to know if they go by actual days, billing statements, or something else?
Hypothetical scenario: Let's say they offer this deal starting Nov 20, 2021. Am I eligible if I cancel my TMobile lines on Aug 19 2021 (93-days before)? Are there any delays with the line cancellation that I should be aware of? Does TMobile have some less intuitive method of counting the days?

Tmobile asks for a "promotion code". The paper I got from CostCo says the promo code is T01478, but tmobile says this promotion code is invalid. anyone knows what i should do? I already mailed out the trade-in phone. Appreciate your reply.
