I agree... I sent an email to PayPal asking if they would look into this website based out of Austin Texas. The website was created 15 days ago. So not much history as of yet.

I am waiting for PayPal customer service to get back with any details or helpful info

Thanks! My wife and I have wanted the thermal carafe version for well over a year now and I missed the last sale a year ago that brought it down to this price. We have the glass carafe version and love it, but I can't tell you how often we end up wasting some of the pot due to our rush to get our little ones out the door in the morning!

I think there is a Typo in the Title. There is no (KGBT) model that I can find. I think it should be (KBGT). Can someone fix it?

I didn't get a email for Shipping, but I did call and they gave me the Tracking Number. They said they sent an shipping email but I don't see one. I also asked about the model number and the lady just read the description of KBT 741 I hope Cody is correct saying that it is a KBGT that's what the picture looked like. The lady said that the sale is a Final sale, I just hope I get the KBGT and not the KBT 741. The link is down off their site, Also to note Amazon right now has all models on sale.
