Haven't tried their Booch Pop before, but going to jump on it. Kombucha needs to be refrigerated, but the Booch Pop is shelf-stable for 12 months.

How are my items shipped?
We ship our kombucha in an insulated cooler with ice packs so that the product stays sufficiently chilled until you're able to refrigerate and enjoy the bubbly goodness!

Also, you should know that Kombucha doesn't go bad, per se, very fast when it isn't cold. It will change flavor and probiotic capacity but it won't spoil quickly.
