Ill take my yetti on the river all day over ozark contigo...pick any of them tried them all spend all day outdoors and hands down they dont compare...sipping my hot coffee 9 hours later from my yetti cheers

I called the store since I haven't even gotten a confirmation email or anything, just a transasction email from Paypal. Store said the system has been down all morning and they can't access online orders

I was smart enough to pick the store without the item. Now they have enough time to cancel my orders. 🤣🤦

I only got one pick up email out of the three I ordered. Worth going and checking to see if others are ready? Or you think they just gave me the first one and cancelled the rest

Got it! I printed the 50% off coupon and went to the store. The checkout person at my local Ace told me I was the only person all day who used the coupon 'the right way' because everyone else was buying $5 items for 50% off. I guess not everyone has the Slickdeals mindset. My first Yeti. If Ace does this next year, Im going to have all 4 of my family members line up with 50% off $25 Black Friday coupons and buy 4 Yetis for the whole family. Im gonna Yeti this whole house out and now after years of frustration of seeing lots of people have high priced cups and mugs I can finally join the league. LOL.

I live in NY and placed my orders late last night. Just picked up both orders (20 oz Tumbler and 26 oz Chug Bottle) with no issues. I hope everyone has the same luck!

Placed 4 orders last night for the 30oz. Did not receive the "order ready for pickup" email so I went in to the store to see if I could pick them up anyway. 3 of the 4 Yeti's were "in-stock" but the store had not received any information about my order so they spoke to the manager and he made me sign a piece of blank paper saying that I had "picked up" the items and then when the orders come into their system they will sign off saying I had already received them. The 4th Yeti I will have to come back and pick up as they did not have it in stock. So the local Ace manager was nice enough to let me take them today although they had zero paperwork on their end. I did have to show him my e-mail confirmation so he could check the items were what I ordered. Now I'm questioning if corporate cancels my online orders that means I still got the 3 Yeti's but did not pay anything for them ???

I had 2 out of 11 orders get cancelled last night. 1 is not due til Dec. 1. Never received pickup is ready email for other 8 so just walked in and asked about it. Guy looked at my receipts on my phone, handed me all 8. No ID, no name. Said the system is down, they have no idea about count/inventory numbers. Just walk in people, don't wait!

I never got the ready for pick up email and my local ACE is always quick. I was over in the area anyways and figured I would go in and try to get it. They said the store will not honor the 50% off and told me to call ace hardware Frown

I still havent got any word of a cancellation, I guess ACE is just gopnna let the orders sit there and say screw the customer. Bad business ethics! They should honor the orders and remember not to do this again next black friday, instead they do it again next yr and and piss more customers off Frown

I made a one item yeti order and two other orders hat had nothing to do with yeti.

Just now I went to ace website and checked past orders. It said I had no orders.
I checked my paypal and it said all 3 items were charged.
I checked my emails and only saw one 'order received' email, and it was for a not-yeti item.

Everything is pretty fishy.

My local store would give me my order with a printout of my emailed order confirmation. Worked with both of my orders. Its worth trying before the system comes back and cancels all of the orders!
