SlickdealsForumsDeal Talk50% Off Select Bathroom Vanities: 24" W Cabinet Only $200 | 28" W Ridgemore w/ Granite Top $250 & More at Home Depot + Free Shipping
Thanks for posting. Some good buys in there. Perfect timing for a renovation I am working on. I have bought a couple of items from Home Depot and they seem to hold up well. One word of advice specially with some of these is that the item have feet vs everything hitting the ground like a traditional cabinet. Inevitably there is moisture and the less that is touching the floor the better. I don't care what material. Also if the legs don't have a plastic bottom, I purchase some heavy duty ones that you just nail in and then do a small caulk where the bottom hits the wood. maybe overkill but have gone through too many cabinets at rentals and AirBnBs to know it is a pain to change every 3-4 years.

Do you just stick some off brand faucets on them? Good faucets are a third of the price of these vanities.

Naaaah. The amount you save on the vanity is how you rationalize spending that much on the faucet.
To be fair, most of these are MDF slapped together while the faucet keeps your house from flooding. If you look at vanity cabinets of similar quality a good faucet is only about 5-10%.
.... Aaaaand then you're spending over a grand. That's a big cup of NOPE from me.
I'm looking for a vanity for my basement bathroom. What's a good material considering the humid conditions of the bathroom? I'm assuming MDF warps over time?

The hunt continues.
Anyone know how Lowe's Allen and Roth brand compares to HD's home decorators?
