KN95's or folding N95's don't last as long as thick N95's, but none are technically supposed to be reused. As a RN, it's shocking to me that OSHA standards were changed for us. I would've been fired reusing any mask outside a single patient room, but here we are.

Edit: yes, you can buy some sort of strap that connects the ear loops at the back of your head, but that increases cost and it's just more hassle.

But not near as tight as the 3M KN95 (headbands, not ear bands) or 3M N95 (headband). At this price, I'd definitely get them unless you can get find some others that are proven to filter just as well and have tighter headbands.
