As a former property insurance adjuster, I'll give my advice. I know during toiletpapermageddon 2.0 that's it awfully tempting to make the switch to a bidet. I get it, I really do and have thought long and hard about making the switch myself.
However, I wouldn't recommend any of these quick attach bidets where all the plumbing is inside the attachment itself. Your toilet supply line is under pressure at all times regardless of whether it's in use or not. What this means is, any small gap in a fitting, tolerance, bad o-ring seal, etc. could potentially result in several thousand dollars in damage to your home/condo/townhouse, etc. These attachments are assembled by the thousands per day.
Not trying to be a debbie downer here but you need to understand the risks involved. I wish I didn't know 1/2 of what I know about what can cause damage as my life would be a lot less OCD. However, I wouldn't be doing my service if I didn't warn you. Heck, there's even lots of reiews on Amazon that mention this very thing happening. You go to bed only to wake up with wet floors, carpet, drywall, etc. That's not a cheap and easy fix, you need professional remediation services when it gets that bad which can cost a pretty penny. Even worse, it's on a 2nd floor and you take a small vacation only to come back to a collapsed ceiling downstairs, ruined floors, walls, personal property, etc. Now we're talking in the tens of thousands of dollars in damage. As unlikely as that seems, it does happen.
Deal wise, yes this is a good deal. But a good deal doesn't mean it's worth it. For the majority of those who partake in this, yes you probably will not have a single issue once installed correctly. However, one of you may roll snake eyes and if my advice prevents that, then all the flaming I'm going to receive has been worth it.
I use it for the ass. But for you my friend, I think this will be perfect to rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth 🤣
I bought one the last SD.
1. It comes with stuck on spacers if you need them.
2. You may want an additional ball valve to control the pressure independently if you have high water pressure.
3. It's not heated water.
It took me a while to get used to using it, but it's really worth it, especially, at this price. There's nothing like the feeling you get from being confident your butt is totally clean. You also don't have to worry about being low on TP, clogging the toilet due to high TP use, or if your significant other sees your dirty bum during intimacy.
Perfect starter bidet!

How well does these stay together. The nylon screws on my toilet frequently pop/break, but stays attached. Not going/wanting to use steel/brass hardware.

Other bidets have a thicker base raising seat creating possible bend for breakage so that's why the bumpers required and come with those.
